1. Overview · 概述

霍華AI工作室 ("we," "us," "our") is committed to fair and transparent refund practices in full compliance with Paddle's Merchant of Record policies. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), and refunds are issued through Paddle.

This policy applies to all paid plans, including Pro subscriptions and any one-time service fees. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

2. 14-Day Unconditional Refund · 14 天無條件退款

For all purchases — subscription plans and one-time services alike — we offer a full refund within 14 days of the charge date, with absolutely no conditions, no exceptions, and no required explanation.

This means:

• You may request a refund at any time within 14 calendar days of being charged.
• No reason is required. We will not ask why.
• No conditions apply. Usage of the service during the 14-day period does not affect your eligibility.
• The full amount charged will be refunded — no deductions, no handling fees.
• Refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

3. Free Trial · 免費試用期

All subscription plans include a 14-day free trial. During the trial period, no credit card charge is made. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. If the trial converts to a paid subscription and you wish to cancel, the 14-day refund window described in Section 2 applies from the date of the first charge.

4. Subscription Cancellation · 訂閱取消

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Web App or by emailing sales@howardaistudio.com. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods.
• Service access ceases at the end of the current billing period.
• If the cancellation is requested within 14 days of the most recent charge, a full refund applies per Section 2.

5. After the 14-Day Window · 14 天期限後

After the 14-day refund window has expired:

• Subscription fees: No refund for the current billing period. Cancel to stop future charges.
• One-time services: Non-refundable once the 14-day window has passed.

Exceptions remain in place for cases of verified technical failure caused solely by 霍華AI工作室 (e.g., service unavailability exceeding 72 consecutive hours, duplicate charges, or billing errors). In such cases, please contact us regardless of the refund window.

6. How to Request a Refund · 如何申請退款

To request a refund, email us at sales@howardaistudio.com with the following information:

• Your name and email address used for the purchase
• The plan or service purchased
• Date of charge and Paddle transaction ID (available in your Paddle receipt)

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process approved refunds promptly. Refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Chargebacks · 信用卡爭議

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Given our unconditional 14-day refund policy, most concerns can be resolved quickly and directly. Unauthorised chargebacks after a valid refund has been issued may result in service suspension.

8. Changes to This Policy · 政策變更

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
